Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how refunds and subscription cancellations work for Conceptra. It should be read together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. How you purchased matters
Refunds are handled differently depending on where you paid:
1.1 Google Play Store (Android)
If you subscribed or purchased through Google Play, billing is managed by Google. Refund eligibility and processing follow Google Play's refund policies.

- Cancel subscription: Google Play app → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Conceptra → Cancel
We cannot issue refunds for Google Play charges directly; contact Google or our support team for guidance.
1.2 Apple App Store (iOS)
If you subscribed through Apple, billing is managed by Apple. Refunds follow Apple's App Store policies.
- Request a refund: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Cancel subscription: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Conceptra → Cancel
Apple decides refund outcomes for App Store purchases. Deleting the Conceptra app does not cancel your subscription.
1.3 Razorpay or direct payments (where offered)
If you paid through Razorpay on our website or in-app checkout (not via Play/App billing), contact info@wemoda.in within 7 days of purchase with your registered phone number and transaction ID.
We may offer a refund if:
- you were charged in error or duplicate;
- the Service was materially unavailable for a continuous period shortly after purchase; or
- applicable Indian consumer law requires a refund.
Refunds are generally not provided for partial use of a billing period after substantial access to premium features, except as required by law.
2. Free trials
If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial expiry date shown at signup. After the trial, your chosen plan renews automatically unless cancelled through the payment channel you used (Google Play, Apple, or in-app subscription management).
3. Subscription cancellation (no refund for remaining period)
When you cancel a subscription, you typically retain access until the end of the current billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges; it does not automatically refund the current period unless store or legal rules require it.
4. Failed or duplicate payments
If payment failed but money was debited, contact info@wemoda.in with your transaction ID. Failed Razorpay transactions often reverse automatically within 5–7 business days per bank and Razorpay rules.
5. School and institution plans
Institutional or bulk licences may have separate contracts. Refunds and cancellations for those plans follow the signed agreement or quote, not this consumer policy unless stated otherwise.
6. Chargebacks
If you dispute a charge with your bank or card issuer without contacting us first, we may suspend the account pending investigation. Please email support so we can resolve issues quickly.
7. Indian consumer rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws in India. Where mandatory cooling-off or refund rights apply, we will comply.

9. Changes
