Refund Policy

Wemoda is committed to fair and transparent engagement. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may apply to our services.

1. Project-Based Work

For fixed-cost projects, payment terms and refund conditions are set out in the project agreement or statement of work. Typically:

  • Deposits may be non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover allocation of resources.
  • If we fail to deliver as agreed and cannot remedy the situation, we will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include a partial or full refund as specified in the agreement.

2. Retainer & Recurring Services

For monthly retainer or subscription-style engagements, fees are generally non-refundable for the period already paid. Unused hours or services in a given period may be handled as per the specific retainer terms (e.g., carry-over or credit where agreed).

3. Consultation & Discovery

Free consultations are not charged and do not involve refunds. Paid discovery or audit engagements will have refund eligibility defined in the relevant quote or agreement.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at hello@wemoda.com with your project reference and reason. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable time, in line with our agreement and this policy.

5. App Store / Play Store

If you have purchased an app developed by us through Google Play or the App Store, refunds for those purchases are governed by the respective store’s refund policies. We do not control store refunds.

6. Changes

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Existing contracts will be governed by the policy or terms in effect at the time of engagement unless otherwise agreed.
