1. Conceptra app (Google Play & Apple App Store)
Subscriptions and in-app purchases for the Conceptra app are governed by our dedicated policy, including store refund rules and cancellation steps:

2. Wemoda professional services
Project-based work
For fixed-cost projects, refund terms are set in the project agreement. Deposits may be non-refundable once work has started. If we fail to deliver as agreed and cannot remedy the issue, we will work toward a fair resolution, which may include a partial or full refund as specified in writing.
Retainers
Monthly retainers are generally non-refundable for periods already billed. Unused hours follow the retainer agreement.
Consultations
Free consultations incur no charge. Paid discovery engagements follow the quote or agreement.
3. How to request a service refund
Email info@wemoda.in with your project reference and reason. We respond within a reasonable time in line with your contract and applicable law.
